Scorpio’s Secret is in its preorder stage. These terms explain exactly what happens when you reserve a product.
Preorder requests
Submitting a request does not charge your card and does not guarantee inventory. Miya will confirm the selected product, color, size, quantity, estimated timing and final total before sending a secure payment step. An order becomes confirmed only after payment succeeds.
Processing and delivery
Made-to-order Nail Box sets are estimated to arrive 3–6 weeks after sizing is confirmed. Processing and delivery estimates for jewelry, apparel and heels will be confirmed before payment while final samples and production schedules are being approved. Delays caused by production, customs or carriers will be communicated when known.
Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is included in displayed Nail Box prices. Shipping for jewelry, apparel and heels will be shown in the final total before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address.
Returns and exchanges
Custom-sized, worn or opened nail products cannot be returned for fit or hygiene reasons. Do not wear a product you believe is damaged or incorrect. Return and exchange eligibility for unworn jewelry, apparel and footwear will be stated before checkout opens and included with the payment confirmation.
Product previews
Some images show design and packaging concepts. Final materials, colors and small production details may change after sample approval. Any material change affecting the customer’s order will be disclosed before payment.
